“El Trampantojo” or “trompe l'oeil” is a technique that attempts to trick the eyes, through use of chiaroscuro and perspective. Painted scenes imbue a feeling of reality and make objects, people, or situations appear real to the viewer. The optical illusion created between reality and non-reality can enrich any environment. It is a style appropriate for both living and commercial spaces.
