Terms and Conditions of Sale

 

All sales made via CMGArte.com are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this document:

 

Prices shown include V.A.T.

 

Prices shown do not include home delivery, assembly, glass, or mirrors.

 

The delivery period is approximately 20 days. Once we process your order, we will notify you about the delivery time of your item(s) via email. Delivery times may vary during public holidays.

 

All shipments and deliveries are made using UPS.

 

Furniture measurements may vary only slightly from those posted on the web.

 

CMGArte is not responsible for any damages or loss arising from the misuse or mishandling of the merchandise itself, by the customer.

 

Before signing for your delivery, you must verify that the item(s) is/are in satisfactory condition and hasn’t suffered any damage or wear. Should any damage or wear be sighted, do not sign for it. Return the item(s) immediately.

 

CMGArte makes custom pieces. In the case that your piece is custom made, we take 50% of the payment upfront, to confirm the order. The remaining 50% payment is due after the item(s) has/have been shipped.

 

RETURNS

 

No refunds or returns are allowed 7 days after your goods have been delivered. Absolutely no refunds or returns are allowed on items that show wear or have been used.

 

If you would like to exchange or return an item, for reasons not related to CMGArte, re-shipping fees, taxes, and costs, to Barcelona (Spain) will be incurred by the customer. The item must be unused and re-packaged in all its original packing materials.

 

Refunds and/or exchanges will under no circumstances be awarded should the item(s) become damaged and/or broken in the process of re-shipment by a third party or by the customer him/herself.

All returns must first be authorized by CMGArte. To do this, the customer must email CMGArte at cmgarte@cmgarte.com to request an authorization number for return (RMA number). This email must also state the reason for return and the original invoice number.

 

Once the customer has received the RMA number, the item(s) must be sent to the address specified by CMGArte. The customer will incur all re-shipping costs.

Upon receipt of the defective item(s), a refund will be credited to the same account from which the item(s) was/were originally purchased.
